Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 4, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Relyluxe collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you browse the website, send an enquiry, make a reservation, pay for a reservation, communicate with us or use reservation-management features.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, event date and type, guest count, delivery or event address, reservation details, rental selections, return date and time, communications, electronic-signature information, payment status and transaction references. For security and agreement evidence, we may also record IP address, browser or device information and timestamps.
3. Payment information
Online payment-card and supported digital-wallet information is submitted to our payment processor, such as Square. Relyluxe does not need to store your full payment-card number in its website database. We may retain transaction identifiers, payment method labels, amount, status, receipt links and similar payment records needed to manage the reservation and accounting.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to process reservations and payments, check rental availability, arrange delivery or pickup, communicate confirmations and reminders, provide customer support, administer rental agreements, prevent fraud or misuse, manage inventory, document payments and additional charges, maintain business records, improve website operation, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
5. How we share information
We may disclose information to service providers that help operate Relyluxe, such as payment processors, email-delivery providers, mapping or distance services, hosting and database providers, analytics or security providers, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell payment-card information.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The website may use browser storage, cookies or similar technologies to keep cart contents, remember booking context, maintain secure sessions, support analytics, prevent abuse, and provide website functionality. Browser settings may allow you to limit some of these technologies, but doing so can affect website features.
7. Reservation and agreement records
Reservation records may include the agreement version accepted, typed signature name, acceptance timestamp, agreement text snapshot or hash, IP address, browser information, payment ledger and status history. These records may be retained as business and transaction evidence even after the event has occurred.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for reservations, customer service, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Retention periods may vary by record type.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No website, network or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so customers should also protect reservation links, email accounts and payment credentials.
10. Your choices and requests
You may contact Relyluxe to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and any records we must retain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, contractual or dispute purposes. You may also ask questions about communications or privacy practices.
11. Children's privacy
The website is intended for adults arranging or purchasing event rentals and is not designed for children to submit personal information or enter rental contracts on their own.
12. Third-party websites
Links to third-party websites or services are governed by those third parties' own privacy practices. Relyluxe is not responsible for the privacy practices of websites it does not control.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or privacy practices change. The “Last updated” date identifies the currently published version.
14. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, use the Contact Us page and identify the request as a privacy matter.
This policy is a general operational privacy notice and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for Relyluxe's specific data practices and applicable privacy laws.
