Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 4, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Relyluxe website and online reservation services. By accessing the website, creating a reservation, sending an enquiry, or using a customer account or reservation link, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Relyluxe services
Relyluxe provides event-rental inventory, event-related services, delivery or pickup options, and online reservation tools. Product images, descriptions, availability and pricing are provided to help customers plan events. Availability is not guaranteed until a reservation is accepted and any required payment is received or verified.
3. Reservations, deposits and balances
A reservation may require a non-refundable deposit shown at checkout, which is applied toward the reservation total. Customers may be offered the option to pay in full. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any remaining balance is due no later than delivery or customer pickup. Relyluxe may decline to release rental property while amounts due remain unpaid.
4. Pricing, taxes and delivery
Prices, taxes, delivery charges and other applicable fees are displayed or calculated during checkout. Delivery pricing may depend on event location and distance. If a quote cannot be calculated online, Relyluxe may contact the customer before confirming delivery.
5. Rental period and returns
Customers must provide accurate event and rental-return dates and times. Rental property must be available for return or collection at the agreed time and in the agreed condition. Extensions or schedule changes require Relyluxe approval and may be subject to availability or additional charges.
6. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for rental property while it is in their possession or control. Customers must use items safely and for their intended purpose, follow reasonable setup or operating instructions, and protect items from loss, theft, misuse and avoidable damage. Additional obligations specific to rentals are contained in the Rental Agreement presented during checkout.
7. Damage, loss and cleaning
Where permitted by the Rental Agreement and applicable law, Relyluxe may charge for missing, stolen, broken or damaged rental property and for cleaning beyond ordinary return condition. Supporting records may include photographs, inspection notes, repair estimates, replacement-value information or cleaning records.
8. Cancellations, refunds and changes
Reservation changes are subject to availability and Relyluxe approval. Reservation deposits are non-refundable when the customer cancels unless applicable law requires otherwise or Relyluxe agrees otherwise in writing. Refunds of other amounts, credits or rescheduling arrangements depend on the circumstances of the reservation and any written terms provided to the customer.
9. Payment methods
Online card and supported wallet payments may be processed by Square or another disclosed payment processor. Relyluxe may also accept approved offline methods such as cash or Zelle. An offline payment is credited only after Relyluxe records or verifies receipt. Customers should retain any payment confirmation they receive.
10. Electronic communications and signatures
You consent to receive reservation-related communications electronically at the email address or phone number you provide. Where an electronic signature is requested, typing your legal name and affirmatively accepting the displayed agreement is intended to serve as your electronic signature for that transaction.
11. Website content and intellectual property
The website design, branding, text, graphics and other original Relyluxe content are owned by or licensed to Relyluxe and may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.
12. Prohibited website use
You may not attempt to interfere with website security, gain unauthorized access to administrative or customer data, misuse payment systems, submit fraudulent reservations, scrape the website in a manner that disrupts service, introduce malicious code, or use the website for unlawful activity.
13. Availability and website changes
Relyluxe may modify inventory, pricing, features, policies or website functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and maintenance, network conditions or third-party services may occasionally affect availability.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and online services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Relyluxe is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from website unavailability or third-party service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services such as payment processors, email providers, mapping providers, analytics services or social platforms. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
16. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws applicable to Relyluxe's operations in Georgia, United States, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract. Venue and dispute procedures may also be addressed in a reservation-specific Rental Agreement.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the version currently published. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.
18. Contact
Questions about these terms may be submitted through the Contact Us page.
These website terms are intended as general business terms and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for Relyluxe's specific operations and applicable laws.
